We will not use or sell any of your contact information for marketing purposes, it is only used for communication and shipment of your order.  Also, we do not put cookies on your computer.

Measurements are Important

Before ordering you need to confirm the bolt hole spacing center to center of either your front spindle or your rear axle housing flange against the measurements listed for the kit you are looking to purchase. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 30 DAYS.

Should you receive a defective item, or have a problem, all efforts will be made to correct the problem.
SOME ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE ONCE OPENED-SALES ARE FINAL.

Term and Conditions

Unless otherwise specifically agreed to in writing by Rustic Disk Brakes LLC, all prices, whether in Rustic Disk Brakes LLC price list, quotation, order acknowledgement or elsewhere, are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice at any time prior to shipment of the products.

Shipping, coming and going, is paid by the Buyer. Shipping outside of the United States the Buyer is responsible for fees and taxes in their country.

Returns will require the prior written approval of Rustic Disk Brakes LLC. Buyer will be responsible for a minimum restocking charge of 25% of the list price of the returned goods. All returns must be done within 30 days of receiving them.

SHIPMENTS

Rustic Disk Brakes ships orders via UPS and U.S.P.S. for parcel shipment. Carefully review your shipping address for accuracy, customer will be responsible for $25/box fee to redirect any package. Offshore Orders Shipping price does not include brokerage, duties or taxes. Entities in your country will bill you for these fees. Delivery of the merchandise is the responsibility of the carrier. Always check the condition of the merchandise, shipping container and packing slip in the presence of the delivery agent. This insures prompt action, should any claims need to be filed for damaged or broken parts. Remember, YOU must file the claim with the delivering carrier.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused, customer will be charged for shipping and handling plus a restocking charge of 25% of the product value.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Products may be returned and must be unused, original condition with original packaging. No specially ordered products can be returned without contacting.

All product returns/exchanges sent to Rustic Disk Brakes require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) which must appear on the products returned.

To obtain an RMA# please contact us. Any product returned to Rustic Disk Brakes without an RMA# may be refused and will not receive proper credit. Rustic Disk Brakes assumes no responsibility for unauthorized returns. Product returns for reasons other than defects must be returned freight prepaid and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Collect shipments will be refused.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Unless otherwise specified, all products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 30 days from the invoice date.

DEFECTIVE ITEM RETURNS

All defective product returns require an RMA (return merchandise authorization) Product returned to Rustic Disk Brakes without an RMA# may be refused and will not receive proper credit.

Rustic Disk Brakes is not liable for the cost of installation, removal or reinstallation of any product. Rustic Disk Brakes further assumes no liability for incidental or consequential damages including the cost of diagnostics, replacement parts, labor, and loss of vehicle use, rental car expense, loss of time, inconvenience, or any other expenses.

SHIPPING DAMAGE, LOST, OR MISSING MERCHANDISE

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If damaged, lost or missing merchandise, please contact Rustic Disk Brakes within 30 days of receipt for instructions on how to proceed. Failing to do this could jeopardize the refund or replacement of the damaged or missing items. Please save the original box and packaging materials for inspection by the carrier. Damage/loss claims cannot be filed after 15 days from the date of receipt of the package. Items shipped via truck must be opened and inspected while the driver is still on the premises, and damage noted if there is any.

Altered merchandise is NOT returnable under any circumstances.

PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE

During the length of time the price or availability of items sometimes changes without notice. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Rustic Disk Brakes is not responsible for unforeseen price adjustments.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Rustic Disk Brakes accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, for International Customers, we can accept wire transfers. 

Warranty

The following is made in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied.  Sellers and manufacturers only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective.  Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, or inability of the product.   After use, the user shall assume all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.
