MEASUREMENTS ARE IMPORTANT
Before ordering you need to confirm the bolt hole spacing center to center of either your front spindle or your rear axle housing flange against the measurements listed for the kit you are looking to purchase.
Failure to double check you drum backing plate to axle bolt pattern shown on the kit page you're looking to purchase, will result at your expense, any price difference in the exchange, shipping costs, along with 25% restocking fee, plus a 3.5% credit card processing fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, and we appreciate your business. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all customers, please review our cancellation policy below.
Cancellation Window:
You may cancel your online order at any time before it has been processed and shipped. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Cancellation Fee:
If you cancel your order after it has been placed but before it has been shipped, a cancellation fee of 5% of the total order value will be applied. This fee covers processing and administrative costs associated with the order.
Refund Processing:
After cancellation, any refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The refund amount will be the total order value minus the 5% cancellation fee.
Order Status:
Contact us to check the status of your order. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Orders at Rustic Disc Brakes, LLC are custom-built at the time of order. This typically results in a restocking fee up to 25%, as these items are produced specifically for your order, even if the order is canceled before delivery.
Altered or used merchandise is NOT returnable under any circumstances.
Products that may be returned, must be in unused, original condition with original packaging. No ordered products can be returned without RMA# from us first. Returns must be properly packaged to withstand shipping damage. Products damaged during the return shipping will not be credited back due to unsalable condition. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus a 3.5% credit card processing fee.
All product returns/exchanges sent to Rustic Disk Brakes require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) which must appear on the products returned.
To obtain an RMA# please contact us. Any product returned to Rustic Disk Brakes without an RMA# may be refused and will not receive proper credit. Rustic Disk Brakes assumes no responsibility for unauthorized returns. Product returns for reasons other than defects must be returned freight prepaid and are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus a 3.5% credit card processing fee. Collect shipments will be refused.
DEFECTIVE ITEM RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
All defective product returns require an RMA# (return merchandise authorization) Product returned to Rustic Disk Brakes without an RMA# may be refused and will not receive proper credit.
Rustic Disk Brakes is not liable for the cost of installation, removal or reinstallation of any product. Rustic Disk Brakes further assumes no liability for incidental or consequential damages including the cost of diagnostics, replacement parts, labor, and loss of vehicle use, rental car expense, loss of time, inconvenience, or any other expenses.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 30 DAYS
Should you receive a defective item, all efforts will be made to correct the problem.
SHIPMENTS
Rustic Disk Brakes ships orders via UPS and U.S.P.S. for parcel shipment. Shipping to you the customer or to us for a return, are paid by the Buyer. Shipping outside of the United States the Buyer is responsible for all manners of fees and taxes in their country. Carefully review your shipping address for accuracy, customer will be responsible for $25/box fee to redirect any package. Offshore Orders Shipping price does not include brokerage, duties or taxes. Entities in your country will bill you for these fees. Delivery of the merchandise is the responsibility of the carrier. Always check the condition of the merchandise, shipping container and packing slip in the presence of the delivery agent. This insures prompt action, should any claims need to be filed for damaged or broken parts. Remember, YOU must file the claim with the delivering carrier.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is refused, customer will be charged for shipping and handling plus a restocking charge of 25% of the product value plus a 3.5% credit card processing fee. Returns will require the prior written approval of Rustic Disk Brakes LLC. Buyer will be responsible for a minimum restocking charge of 25% of the list price of the returned goods, as well as the 3.5% credit card processing fee. All returns must be done within 30 days of receiving them.
SHIPPING DAMAGE, LOST, OR MISSING MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If damaged, lost or missing merchandise, please contact Rustic Disk Brakes within 5 days of receipt for instructions on how to proceed. Failing to do so could jeopardize the refund or replacement of the damaged or missing items. Please save the original box and packaging materials for inspection by the carrier. Damage/loss claims cannot be filed after 5 days from the date of receipt of the package. Items shipped via truck must be opened and inspected while the driver is still on the premises, and damage noted if there is any.
YOUR PRIVACY IS IMPORTANT TO US
We do not share or sell your personal information with third parties. Your contact details are used solely to communicate with you regarding your order fulfillment and shipment updates. If you submit a review, it will only be published on this site to share your experience with other customers.
You acknowledge that your contact information and all communications (excluding credit card details) may be transmitted without encryption and could involve transfers across different networks or modifications to meet technical requirements of connecting devices.
Credit card information is always encrypted during transmission and is securely handled by our payment processing service. We do not store any of your credit card information.
ACCURACY OF BILLING/SHIPPING INFORMATION AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
Rustic Disk Brakes accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, for International Customers, we can accept wire transfers.
We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion. This includes the ability to limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order. If we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all purchases. It is your responsibility to keep your account details—such as email address, credit card information, and expiration dates—up to date to ensure smooth transaction processing and communication. Failure to do so could result in added fees including but not limited to 3.5% processing fees as well as any shipment correction or return shipment fees incurred from the shipping carrier or order termination fees of 3.5% processing plus 25% handling and restocking charges.
PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE
During the length of time the price or availability of product sometimes change without notice. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Rustic Disk Brakes is not responsible for unforeseen price adjustments.
We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, price adjustment, suspension, or discontinuance.

If you believe a product is defective:

Have your original proof of purchase ready, as warranties are non-transferable and require verification of the original buyer.

The product must be returned for evaluation. We’ll determine if the issue stems from a manufacturing defect or materials flaw, and not from negligence, unauthorized modifications, disassembly, normal wear, or improper use.

If a defect is confirmed, we’ll repair or replace the item at no cost to you, at our discretion.
Rustic Disc Brakes reserves the final decision on all warranty claims. Terms are subject to change, and warranties are not transferable.
Unless otherwise specified, all products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 30 days from the invoice date.
We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, or materials purchased or obtained through this site will meet your expectations, nor do we commit to correcting any errors in the service.
