We founded Rustic Disc Brakes with one goal in mind: providing a quality reliable disc brake conversion. Our passion for excellence has driven us from the beginning back in 1982 at TSM (The Streetrod MFG. Co., Inc.) and continues to drive us into the future. We strive to make every product count.

We were one of the original manufacturers of rear disc brake conversions for cars and trucks. What started as hot rod suspension parts and disc brakes grew into what we are today supplying front and rear brake conversion kits with as many options as possible. In 2022 the founder retired. We're the same family that has been with the company since the beginning. 

In early 2024 Rustic Disc brakes relocated to southern Alabama. Where the same family continues to provide as many kits as possible with the fullest options available to us. It was due to legal reasons, the name was changed from TSM (The Streetrod Mfg Co Inc) to Rustic Disc Brakes.
