Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return period, starting from the date you receive your item. Returns submitted after this window are reviewed individually and not guaranteed.

To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. A restocking fee of 15–50% applies to all refunds, depending on the item's condition upon return.

Altered or used merchandise is NOT returnable under any circumstances.

Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the product.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your online order at any time before it has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. If canceled before shipping, a 5% fee of the total order value applies to cover administrative costs. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, minus the cancellation fee. To check order status or cancel, contact customer service promptly. MEASUREMENTS ARE IMPORTANT

Before ordering you need to confirm the bolt hole spacing center to center of either your front spindle or your rear axle housing flange against the measurements listed for the kit you are looking to purchase.

Failure to double check you drum backing plate to axle bolt pattern shown on the kit page you're looking to purchase, will result at your expense, any price difference in the exchange, shipping costs, along with 15-50% restocking fee, plus a 3.5% credit card processing fee.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. You may choose one of the following options:

Use your own return shipping label
Request a Rustic-provided label (cost will be deducted from your refund)

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

All custom and built-to-order parts are final sale and non-returnable.

Universal and third-party vendor items like brake lines and master cylinders and brake boosters may be eligible for return only if unused and unopened, subject to a 15–50% restocking fee, determined on a case-by-case basis.

DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING MERCHANDISE

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If damaged, lost or missing merchandise, please contact Rustic Disk Brakes within 5 days of receipt for instructions on how to proceed. Failing to do so could jeopardize the refund or replacement of the damaged or missing items. Please save the original box and packaging materials for proof of damage during shipping. Damage/loss claims cannot be filed after 5 days from the date of receipt of the package. Claims are filed directly through the shipping carrier.

DEFECTIVE ITEM RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Rustic Disk Brakes is not liable for the cost of installation, removal or reinstallation of any product. Rustic Disk Brakes further assumes no liability for incidental or consequential damages including the cost of diagnostics, replacement parts, labor, and loss of vehicle use, rental car expense, loss of time, inconvenience, or any other expenses. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 10-15 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 30 DAYS

Should you receive a defective item, all efforts will be made to correct the problem.

If you believe a product is defective:

Have your original proof of purchase ready, as warranties are non-transferable and require verification of the original buyer.
Contact us before returning any item. We’ll provide shipping instructions for inspection.
The product must be returned for evaluation. We’ll determine if the issue stems from a manufacturing defect or materials flaw, and not from negligence, unauthorized modifications, disassembly, normal wear, or improper use.
If a defect is confirmed, we’ll repair or replace the item at no cost to you, at our discretion.

Rustic Disc Brakes reserves the final decision on all warranty claims. Terms are subject to change, and warranties are not transferable.

Unless otherwise specified, all products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 30 days from the invoice date.

We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, or materials purchased or obtained through this site will meet your expectations, nor do we commit to correcting any errors in the service.
